Hi guys! I am re-selling my condo unit and the developer already gave me the requirements for the transfer of rights/title.
One of these required document is a "Request Letter from original buyer with new buyers'conforme". But I am not sure what kind of letter is that or what to state in the letter.
Appreciate if someone could give advice or maybe a format/sample for that kind of letter that I can refer to.
