I hope anyone would have time to look into this. Our laws and protection for home buyers are really not pro-buyers. The law has more pros for the developers which is sad. In Singapore, if u change your mind. You have the right to take every single penny u paid for down payment or reservation fees. And the agents are responsible for every process involved in contracts, payments and other legalities. What can we do to alter this? and what can we do to protect our people from these big companies and won't care for the buyers.
