As a foreigner who is in the process of assessing a purchase of a pre-sale condo, how much would one reasonably expect to pay a licensed person to act as a lawyer and broker?
That's to source required documents from a small developer and ensure those documents are legit? I have a quote as a % of purchase price, but want to see what is reasonable from someone Manila based? The property is not in Manila. I would become part of the (small) corporation and it would be a 50 year lease.
I'm aware of untrustworthy people etc. Assume I've got quality family contacts through close friends and a fast turnaround. Let's leave other broader discussions aside for now.
