Hi. Need help, please. I have paid reservation fee and started paying equity way back 2022 for a housing project under cooperative here in our place but unfortunately, after 2 months, the cooperative is nowhere to be found, and the project didn't push through. But in 2024, they appear under a new cooperative name to start the project all over again. My question is, do I have the right to ask for refund of the reservation fee and few months of equity amortization that I have given way back 2022?
