I reserved a specific condo unit last Feb27, the following day the agent said may nauna daw sa akin sa unit na unit which is really annoying bakit unahan, they should only allow open units to be reserved. As instructed by the agent, I submitted a letter to refund my rf andi included all my supporting details, btw they also havent provided OR for my RF so it was not earmarked for that specific unit. After two months di ko pa din ma refund and ung team leader ni agent was saying mahirap daw ipa approve ang refund… it was not my fault and I didnt backout, it just so happen that the unit was not available and I was misinformed. The agent naman now is pursuading me to get a different unit instead. 1) ayaw ko na silang ka transact, di sila reliable 2) I already made a diff arrangement di ko na need, syempre after two months I have to look for options. Question po marerefund ko pa ba to? And what actions can I take? Thank you in advance for your reply
