I will posit two situations.
First, you are under a licensed broker and that you are accredited in PRC. If so, then you are entitled for a commission (which is stipulated in your agreement with your broker). The broker gets commission in tranches depending on the scheme by the Buyer. If you do not have a broker, but direct to the developer, then check your contract or agreement. An agent/broker is entitled for commission upon consummation of the sale/lease, not on the perfection of the sale/lease agreement. If there is none, this must be stipulated in your Authority to Lease/Sell Properties.
Second, if you are not under a licensed broker and not accredited in PRC. I'm afraid that you cannot ask or request for any fees or commission because you are not supposed to be practicing real estate services in general. Nevertheless, the contract or agreement will determine if you can claim for any compensation or commission.
Hope this helps.
