i have plan to start real estate brokerage company in manila.
i'm not sure, how can make allowance or Salary, because many developer, they release only allowance + incentive
and real estate brokerage franchise company like REMAX, they asked sale person DESK FEE(5K) and share 70%(sale person) + 30%(company), also Keller Williams Realtor
and other their own real estate company such as Top Realty, KMC Savills, Inc. (KMC MAG Group), Santos Knight Frank is different. i guess they has basic Salary(or Allowance) + incentive based on experience.
and this season is not well in real estate industry through COVID 19, but can get opportunity to hire good agent(or sales person) since many sales person fired or cant find way in those and can prepare future with them.
so, want to know, how we can set up matrix with Own real estate brokerage company.
and in agent case, company shall be provide SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF, also ? if provide, company side has lots burden. in administration part, company can support Government benefits only, its my opinion.
how many unit shall close or deal close through quota ?
Could you share your idea of Salary(or Allowance) + Incentive Matrix and Government benefits, quota ?
