Rent comparisons for rent price estimation

Greetings. Do you have a better avenue for comparing rental prices for your properties? I would like to invest and i am currently looking for a viable investment. Where do you get your rent prices for a specific market / region.

It would really help me out a lot.

In terms of IRR (Internal Rate Return) - through renting, it is actually depending on a property and location (on the long-run/upon turnover). Condominiums and office spaces are the same can start with (1000 Philippine Peso) per square meter.
