I've recently joined a private group chat with senior brokers. Sometimes they use the term "one away" in their posts. What does it mean?
May i ask what this means? Your one broker away?
It means that you won't directly be transacting with the listing broker. Commission for this is usually 40-20-40 instead of the usual 50-50. 40% for the listing broker, 20% for the partner broker, and 40% for you (the selling broker).
